How do I send an interview reminder?

From the Interview page you can send respondents with scheduled interviews a survey link if they haven't completed it yet and an interview reminder.

In This Article:

 

Location

  1. Select Research.
  2. Select Interview.

 

  1. Locate the scheduled interview you want to send a reminder to.

 

Send Survey and Interview Reminder

  1. Click Send survey and reminder. Sending a reminder with the survey link is only an option if the respondent has not completed the survey.

 

  1. This will open the Send Survey and Interview Reminder window.
    • If you have multiple survey outlines, then you can select the appropriate outline from the Outline list.
    • The To field will automatically fill with the respondent email, if available.
    • If applicable, add emails to the BCC field.
    • You can edit the Subject line or leave as is.
    • Edit the body of the email or use as is.

 

 

  1. Click Send.

 

 

Send Interview Reminder

  1. Click Send Reminder. This will appear when the respondent has completed the survey and has not received an interview reminder.

 

  1. This will open the Send Interview Reminder window.
    • The To field will automatically fill with the respondent email, if available.
    • If applicable, add emails to the BCC field.
    • You can edit the Subject line or leave as is.
    • Edit the body of the email or use as is.

 

  1. Click Send.
