The Important Results Achieved tile and its sub-page show you the results that your customers most want to achieve with your solution and the extent to which they've been able to achieve them.

The Important Results Achieved tile is only available on the Dashboard for Customer Experience programs.

Note: The Ease of Achieving Results and Effort Score tiles are also available on the Dashboard for Customer Experience programs.

 

Location

  1. Select Dashboard.

  1. Ensure the appropriate program is selected.

Note: The Important Results Achieved, Ease of Achieving Results, and the Effort Score tiles are only available for Customer Experience programs.

  1. Scroll to see the Important Results Achieved tile.
  2. To go to the Important Results page, click the Go arrow in the card header.
