How to apply Filters to your Dashboard

By applying Filters to your Dashboard, you can understand how different groupings within your data set view or perceive your performance, allowing you to identify exactly what is distinctive about the segment to reach an informed analysis.

You can filter your data set by product, outcome, or date, among others.

 

How to Filter:

1. From the Dashboard, simply click the filter icon.

2. Select desired filters and click OK.

Filter Definitions

Refine Interview sets:

This filter option lets the user define the specific interviews that are included or excluded from their filtered results. This is the best option if they have a few specific interviews they want to review, or if they have a few they want to exclude quickly.


Filter Rules:

You can choose from 2 options:

  • and – requires that all filter conditions are met.
  • or – requires that one or more filter conditions are met.


Apply Filters:

A selection of filters is available to choose from for each program type.

Win Loss:

  • Buyer type
  • Competitor
  • Date interviewed
  • Decision date
  • Opportunity value
  • Outcome
  • Price Position
  • Product
  • Sales rep
  • Tags
  • Winning vendor

Note: The Price Position filter is based on the interview question "Overall price position."

 
Customer Experience:

  • Account manager
  • Buyer type
  • Competitive renewal
  • Date interviewed
  • Next renewal
  • Opportunity value
  • Product
  • Quality of experience
  • Renewal likelihood
  • Sales rep
  • Tags

 
Market Research:

  • Date interviewed
  • Opportunity value
  • Product
  • Tags
