The differences between the Basic and Premium Software subscription packages are described below.

TruVoice offers two software subscription tiers on the Dashboard. With a Basic Software subscription, you can view all tiles shown on the Dashboard.  Both Basic and Premium subscriptions offer full drill down access to the Interviews tile and the Questions and Answers Tiles.

Premium subscribers additionally receive the ability to drill down on the following tiles. See below for more information, including screen shots.

Win Loss: Full drill down functionality is available for Premium subscriptions on the following tiles:

  • Outcome Reasons
  • Your Competitive Weaknesses
  • Competitive Position
  • Your Performance vs. Importance

Customer Experience: Full drill down functionality is available for Premium subscriptions on the following tiles:

  • Experience Drivers
  • Important Results Achieved
  • Your Performance vs. Performance
