Sample Status: How do I look up the history of a specific contact?

You can check on the status of specific contact in the Sample Status report.

  1. Select Reports.
  2. Select Program Reports.
  3. Select Sample Status.

  1. Locate the contact you want to see the history for and select the row.

  1. Select View research activity from the Options menu.

  1. You’ll see the full history for your contact and any applicable notes.
