From the Edit User view, you can edit settings, add the user to groups, modify rights, and track activity.
In This Article:
- Select Administration.
- Select Users & Groups.
- Click on the name of the user you want to edit.
- Select the Edit User button on the User Card.
Edit User Overview
This is the user's page. From here you can edit the user's settings, add/remove user from groups, assign rights, apply restrictions, and view user activity.

Edit User Options
In the Settings tab, you can modify contact details, title, user roles, and add notes.
In the Groups tab, you can add the user to groups or remove the user from groups. The number indicator in the tab shows how many groups the user is a member of. Click here to see how to add a user to a group.
Program-level rights can be assigned to the user in the Rights tab. Click here to see how to assign rights.
Restrictions can be applied and removed in the Restrictions tab. The number indicator in the tab shows how many user restrictions are currently applied. Restrictions prevent the user from viewing an interviews data throughout TruVoice, allowing you to limit access to sensitive information or data that is not relevant to the user. When you apply a restriction, the user is always restricted, including if the user is part of a group with access to the interview. Click here to learn more about restrictions.
The Activity tab gives you high level information about how frequently the user is signing in to TruVoice, and which modules they are accessing. Click here to learn more about the user activity.

Setting Up Groups
