You can get a quick overview of how many contacts completed or didn’t complete an interview as well as how many contacts are still active in the interview process from the Sample Status report.
- Select Reports.
- Select Program Reports.
- Select Sample Status.
- On the right of the landing page is a summary of the percentage of contacts in each key stage.
What do Complete, Active, and Won’t Complete mean?
Complete: this is the count of contacts that have completed an interview. These contacts are in the Published or Interviewed stages.
Active: this is the count of contacts in the process of being scheduled. These contacts are in the Actively Scheduling, Available to Schedule, or Scheduled for an interview stages.
Won’t Complete: this is the count of contacts who will not complete an interview. These contacts are in the Not Needed, Not Qualified, or Refused stages.
