How can I delete a contact?

You can remove a contact if you added it in error. Remember: A contact cannot be removed if scheduling activities are already underway with this individual. This option requires manage rights to complete.

  1. Select Research.
  2. Select Sample.


  1. Select the contact you want to remove.


  1. Select the Options menu.
  2. Select Remove contact.


  1. A message will appear to confirm you want to remove the contact.
  2. Select Yes.

  1. The contact has been removed from TruVoice.
