You can remove a contact if you added it in error. Remember: A contact cannot be removed if scheduling activities are already underway with this individual. This option requires manage rights to complete.
- Select Research.
- Select Sample.
- Select the contact you want to remove.
- Select the Options menu.
- Select Remove contact.
- A message will appear to confirm you want to remove the contact.
- Select Yes.
- The contact has been removed from TruVoice.
