How do I disable an analysis option?

In the Analysis tab, you can cannot delete an Analysis Option; however, you can disable it which will make it inactive throughout TruVoice.

In This Article:

 

Location

  1. Select Program Settings.
  2. Select Framework.

 

  1. Select Analysis.

 

Disable

  1. Locate the analysis option you’d like to disable.

 

  1. Select Disable.

 

  1. A confirmation message will appear, in the top-right corner of the page.

 

  1. The Enabled column will be set to No for the analysis option you disabled.

Note: The analysis option will not be removed from archived interviews; however, it is no longer available in Buyer Analysis as an option for future interviews.

 

 

Enable

  1. To re-enable, locate the analysis option you’d like to enable.

 

  1. Select Enable.

 

  1. A confirmation message will appear, in the top-right corner of the page.

 

  1. The Enabled column will be set to Yes for the analysis option you re-enabled.

Note: the analysis option is now available in Buyer Analysis.
