How can I see the history of a contact?

You can see the history or check on the status of specific contact throughout TruVoice's Research modules (Sample, Schedule, Edit, and Analyze) or in the Sample Status report. Click here to see how to look up the history of a contact from the Sample Status report.

  1. Select Research.
  2. Select Sample, Schedule, Edit, or Analyze.


  1. Select the contact.


  1. Select View research activity from the Options menu.


  1. This is the Research Notes and Activities page, where you'll see the full history for your contact and any applicable notes.
