How do I send a scheduling email to a contact from TruVoice?

From the Scheduling view users can send emails directly from TruVoice to the respondent.

  1. Select Research.
  2. Select Schedule.

  1. Click on the phone icon for the opportunity you want to schedule an interview with to open the Scheduling view.

  1. Select Send an email from the scheduling options panel.

  1. Select a scheduling email template from the Template drop-down or use the Custom Email option to use a blank template.

Note: The drop-down is populated with the Scheduling Emails created in Program Settings / Templates.

  1. If the contact has a stored email address, then the email will auto-populate in the To field.
    • If an email address is not stored, then add it through Edit opportunity in order to save it for future scheduling activities.

  1. Enter any email addresses to be included in the CC line of the email in the CC field.

  1. If the Copy sales reps button is checked, the email address of any sales reps saved for the deal will be shown here. This is available for Win Loss and Customer Experience programs.
  2. If the Copy account manager button is checked, the email address of any account managers saved for the deal will be shown here. This is only available for Customer Experience programs.

  1. Manually add email addresses to the BCC line to blind copy necessary people.

  1. The Subject will automatically populate with the Subject line of the template selected; however, you can customize it here before sending the email.

  1. The Body of the email will automatically populate with the email content of the selected template; however, you can customize it here before sending the email.

  1. When you have finished all necessary changes, click Send.

Note: The token(s), indicated by the braces { }, will be replaced when the email is sent.
