When a contact requests confirmation that this program is legitimate, then users can mark it in the Scheduling view.
- Select Research.
- Select Schedule.
- Click on the phone icon for the opportunity you want to schedule an interview with to open the Scheduling view.
- Select Contact needs verification from the scheduling options panel.
- Add notes about the verification request in the Additional information section.
- Select Save.
