How do I mark a contact that requested verification?

When a contact requests confirmation that this program is legitimate, then users can mark it in the Scheduling view.

  1. Select Research.
  2. Select Schedule.

 

  1. Click on the phone icon for the opportunity you want to schedule an interview with to open the Scheduling view.

 

  1. Select Contact needs verification from the scheduling options panel.

 

  1. Add notes about the verification request in the Additional information section.

 

  1. Select Save.
