How do I mark a contact for callback?

When a contact is out of the office or requests a callback for a later date, then users can schedule a callback date from the Scheduling view in the Research / Schedule module.

  1. Select Research.
  2. Select Schedule.

 

  1. Click on the phone icon for the opportunity you want to schedule an interview with to open the Scheduling view.

 

  1. Select Scheduled callback from the scheduling options panel.

 

  1. Select a Date and time from the drop-down.

 

  1. Select the contact's Time zone from the drop-down list. The time zone will auto-populate with the contact’s time zone if a time zone has been saved for that contact.

 

  1. Add notes to the Additional information section, if applicable.

 

  1. Select Save.
