When a contact is out of the office or requests a callback for a later date, then users can schedule a callback date from the Scheduling view in the Research / Schedule module.
- Select Research.
- Select Schedule.
- Click on the phone icon for the opportunity you want to schedule an interview with to open the Scheduling view.
- Select Scheduled callback from the scheduling options panel.
- Select a Date and time from the drop-down.
- Select the contact's Time zone from the drop-down list. The time zone will auto-populate with the contact’s time zone if a time zone has been saved for that contact.
- Add notes to the Additional information section, if applicable.
- Select Save.
