Experience Drivers Tile: How do I find the insights related to the Experience Drivers listed?

  1. Select Dashboard.

  1. On the Experience Drivers tile, select Go to details.

  1. From the Positive Experience Drivers tile, select Go to details.
  2. From the Poor Experience Drivers tile, select Go to details.

Note: You can also click the bar in the chart for the criterion you want to see insights for.

  1. Select the criterion you want to see the related insights for in the criterion control at the top of the page.

  1. The Insights panel is a list of all interview insights related to the selected criterion. Insights can be sorted using the sort icon, searched, and filtered on major or minor by clicking on the legend. You can also navigate directly to the associated interview or see linked evidence from the options menu.
